 Description  : We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator with previous parts & maintenance experience. The parts & maintenance experience can be in the automotive, heavy equipment, or any other relevant industry.

Responsibilities:


Maintain a clean and organized stock room with accurate inventory levels to meet daily requirements.

Manage all warranty and core return items to ensure they are returned in a timely fashion.

Utilize fleet software to ensure parts are billed to repair orders when required.

Review daily vehicle inspection reports with drivers, and create necessary repair orders.

Monitor all preventive maintenance schedules to insure they are compliant with MWSI policies.

Work with outside vendors to obtain updates on units sent for external repairs.

Maintain individual vehicle history files to meet MWSI policy as well as MTO requirements.

Create and summit monthly reports.

Maintain onsite vendor files.

Other duties, as required.


Requirements:


1-2 years of previous administrative or customer service experience in an automotive parts or heavy equipment parts environment or in a "shop" environment

Strong computer knowledge as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a shop environment considered an asset.

Must be available to work late, holidays and weekends, as needed.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
