Job Duties:
--Screen candidates, interview and evaluate candidates.
--Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally.
--Participate in the evaluation of the company's recruitment and promotion, and give professional advice.
--Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
--Manage and administer performance review processes, provide assistance to managers and team members and ensure timely and accurate completion of all documents.
--According to the actual situation of the company, formulate human resource plans, including expanding or reducing the team.
--Arrange employee training and introduce the company's situation and rules and regulations.
--Participate in and assist in the formulation of new company rules and regulations.
--Preparing, editing & proofing communication memos, reports and other information as required.
Qualifications:
--College dipoloma in Personnel management or related field is required.
--2-3 years working experience in Human resources.
--Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
--Proficiency in office software.
--Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
--Relatively strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with workers of all levels.
--Be able to consider from the perspective of the company's long-term development, and formulate future human resource plans according to the actual situation.
--Those with management ability and experience are preferred.
