Title: Renovation Carpenters

Salary: $ 35.00 per Hour

Job Duties: Renovation Carpenters will perform the following job duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Use measurement tools to create plans that adhere to construction codes.
• Plan and coordinate work at construction sites.
• Survey building locations and levels.
• Estimate costs and materials.
• Lay subflooring, assemble walls and roof systems, install floor beams, and construct foundations.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Measure, install, and finish moldings, doors, stairs, and hardware.
• Perform other tasks as and when required.
Employment requirements:
• Education- Completion of secondary school is required.
• Experience-Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
