Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the team and ensuring that UC Auto continues to be the go-to destination for automobiles.

Job Duties
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop sales strategies and set realistic targets to support company growth.
• Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support for the sales representatives.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to final delivery.
• Maintain a clear and thorough understanding of the policies and procedures of the dealership all the time.
• Hire and manage sales representatives, and evaluate their performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Collaborate with other departments, including service and finance, to enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive performance.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least three years’ experience in sales management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance and results.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
