Nexcen Enterprises Corp (o/a red lion inn and suites) is seeking a qualified and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and an ability to drive business growth through innovative campaigns and brand positioning.
Title: Marketing Manager
Term: Full-time, permanent
Wage: $50-$55 (to be negotiated)
Hours: 30-40 hours a week (to be negotiated)
Vacation Pay: 10 days paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings and brand awareness.
• Establish and manage distribution networks, including OTAs, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer trends and competitive positioning.
• Assist in hotel service and package development based on market demand.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing).
• Organize and promote hotel events, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
• Build partnerships with media, travel influencers, and tourism boards for brand exposure.
• Oversee public relations and reputation management, responding to guest reviews.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Supervise the marketing team and manage the budget to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
Requirements:
• A college diploma in business administration, or in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
