Wage: $26.70/hr
Job Duties:
Manage and train the concierge and team of receptionists
Ensure professional and friendly services of front office for customers
Dealing with visitors and customers, handling their complaints if any in a professional manner.
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
Liaising with other departments, Troubleshooting emergencies
Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules

Requirements:
• High school education is mandatory.
• A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline will be an asset.
• 4-5 years of experience within the accommodation industry will be preferred over and may substitute for formal educational requirements.
