Salary : $24/hour

Job duties:

Preparing and Record keeping of Invoices, reports, correspondence etc.
Schedule work to maintain an even and steady flow.
Coordinate with other employees for work schedules, open and distribute mails, e-mails.
Providing a congenial work atmosphere.
Co-ordinate and plan all office services.
Maintain the minutes of meetings.
Schedule important official meetings of clients with the employer.
Take telephone calls and maintain the trailing work record.
Manage with the manual and computerised filing system.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair worn out machines.
Organise and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
Administer and compile weekly and monthly performance data and statistical reports.

Completion of secondary school is required.
A university degree or college diploma is an asset.
1-2 years of relevant experience will be considered as an asset.
