CLIENT C:
One HCA (Health Care Assistant) needed to assist an elderly lady in a care home near West 62nd Ave and Cambie Street. The client needs an HCA (must be a care aide with a certificate or equivalent, such as a foreign nurse) every day to help at 830am to get her up, turn her onto her side, and wash her. Then the HCA (along with another HCA/RCA from the facility) will put a sling under her and move her from her bed to a wheelchair using a motorized ceiling lift transfer. At 2pm, the HCAs will put her back in bed for a nap. Then at 4pm, we need the HCA (ideally the same HCA on a split shift) to get her up again, help her eat, and later put her back to bed at about 7pm.
It’s a bonus if you can speak Italian.
The shift is Thursdays and Fridays for 8.5 hours from 830am to 2pm (5.5 hours) and from 4-7pm (3 hours), starting this Thursday January 30. If you can only do Fridays, or Fridays from 4-7pm, that might be okay.

CLIENT D:
One Caregiver needed to assist an elderly lady who lives on the 6900-block of Laburnum Street (near West 54th and East Boulevard in Kerrisdale). She needs help with simple cooking (chopping vegetables), light housekeeping, and maybe some extra small chores.
The shifts will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from about 11am-2pm, starting ASAP (Monday January 27). If you can only do Wednesdays, that might be okay.

CLIENT E:
Six Caregivers needed to assist a very nice elderly lady who lives on the 6000-block of Holland Street (near Dunbar and SW Marine Drive in The Southlands). She will be recovering from hip surgery and will need live-in care for a few months. Three caregivers will do the overnight sleeping shifts (7pm to 7am) and the other caregivers will do 7-10am and 4-7pm. The lady needs help seven days per week, starting Saturday February 15.

CLIENT F:
One Caregiver needed to assist a middle-aged lady who lives on Granville Street near West 57th Ave. She had a car accident and needs help housekeeping/cleaning her house. The shifts will be Fridays from about 10am to 1pm or 1-4pm, starting this Friday January 31.
