Job Duties:
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines,
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed,
• Greet clients and direct clients to appropriate department/person,
• Schedule and confirm appointments,
• Answer telephonic and electronic enquiries,
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory,
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents,
• Open and distribute regular incoming mails, and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information,
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
