Seacastle Enterprises Inc DBA BURGER KING is looking to hire 1 Full time & Permanent Food Service Supervisor at #1328 Douglas St, Victoria, B.C,V8W 2E8.(Even though this is full-time position, we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary is 15 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.
Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation Establish methods to meet work schedules Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service is required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
