President Global Homes Ltd. is planning to develop a new business section focus on short term vacation home, cottage rental management, as well as Hotel Public Relationship and Social Media Management.

We are looking for a Business development Manager to oversee the market research, strategies, products, services, and operation development and implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, including draft and analyze market survey and questionnaires.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offering and negotiate business partnerships.
- Evaluate and review provincial and local government policies and bylaws and set compliance protocols
- Develop and implement internal policy to promote business development and operation.
- Prepare quarterly market and revenue forecast report.
- Collect and analyze data on short term rental and hotel guest purchasing habit and behavior to construct clients profile on different market segments.
- Conduct research on market competition environment and plan marketing strategies accordingly
- Plan and develop core online products that best suit market and clients E-commerce need with a appropriate pricing.
- Provide coaching and training to operating and sales team with products and industrial protocols during the launch stage of the new business
- Facilitate business development by working together with potential clients, partners, industry leaders, associations, government officials etc.
- Negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operation at launch stage.
- Provide trustworthy feedback to internal team, third-party partners and potential clients.
- Evaluate client’s satisfaction and feedback to improve operation and achieve desirable outcome.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A university degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required.
- 3+ years of experience in related position is required
- Work experience in hotel industry is an important asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
