With our current partnership with Hikvision, a Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal has been recently added to our product category, which provides a portable temperature-screening and access control solution as a perfect addition to the security & surveillance system, and the product is ideal for use in lobbies and building entrances to reduce the transmission of the COVID-19 virus and help secure public safety. Along with our overall sales and business development, we are seeking a uniquely talented, highly motivated Corporate Sales Manager to join us, who can own the majority of the marketing funnel and help implement our sales strategy.

Key Responsibility
1. Coordinate and evaluate sales operations to achieve short-term and long-term business growth and retention objectives of the company.
2. Develop and establish sales strategies and goals for the products and services of the company.
3. Lead and develop new and existing relationships with customers to continue sales growth.
4. Direct and ensure the sales team keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to come up with new and original sales strategies.
5. Devise new product strategy & propositions, based on a deep understanding of the market, composition, technology and trend.
6. Establish and prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
7. Work within an assigned annual budget, allocate accordingly to the team and ensure compliance with applicable company goals, policies, and procedures.
8. Analyze and report sales results against forecast to senior management as well as any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met.
9. Build and retain an effective team of sales representatives. Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve pre-established goals in building relationships with clients.
10. Hold regular sales meetings and reviews focused on sales progress, sales opportunities and growth, competitive issues and ongoing training.
11. Collaborate with the cross-functional team to build strategies and execute plans across products, customers and channels.
12. Attend industrial meetings and conferences to identify sales opportunities and promote the awareness of the company’s service.

Qualification & Skills
1. A college diploma or university degree is required. Higher Education is an asset.
2. Minimum 3 years of management experience in sales management experience.
3. Experience in developing and carrying out strategic sales plans and programs.
4. Demonstrated experience building a collaborative environment between sales, customer success, marketing, and product.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing situations to accommodate clients’ needs.
6. Demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
7. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) combined with a passion to inspire others from vision through to execution.
8. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
