 Description  : 1 Full Time Permanent Machinist (NOC 7231) position available at Inline Fiberglass Ltd. located at 30 Constellation Court, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 1K1

Job Description:
Machinist set up and operate a variety of machine tools to cut or grind primarily metal to make or modify parts or products. Machinery includes lathes, Milling Machine, grinders along with other hand held toold.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

? Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.
? Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production.
? Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
? Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task.
? Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
? Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.
Maintains inventory of completed products.
? Checks output for quality assurance and documents or discards defects.
? Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.
? Maintains a safe and clean workstation.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.


Education and Work Experience Requirements:

? Secondary School is required
? Must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in related field

Wage Rate:
$23.50 per hour, 40 hours weekly
