LOVELY PAO, a fast growing company which specializes in the best Filipino steamed buns, is in need of BAKERS with the following qualifications and functions:
Position title: BAKER
Job Location: Guelph, ON
Vacancies: 2
Salary: $14.25 per hour; 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 1st shift - 5:00am - 1:00pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
2nd shift - 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Sunday to Thursday)
Starting date: As soon as possible
Benefits: All government-prescribed
Job Requirements:
Language - English
Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience - 3 years to less than 5 years
Security and Safety - Criminal Record Check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities - Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, repetitive
tasks, handling heavy loads
Work Location Information - In shop
Personal Suitability - Dependability, Judgement, team player, reliability
Additional Skills: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, organize and maintain inventory
Specific Skills:
1. Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods; batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
2. Bake mixed dough and batters.
3. Prepare special orders.
4. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
5. Ensure that the quality of products meet established standards.
6. Operate machinery.
