As our "Uni-Lab" development team works on developing and upgrading features for our website, mobile apps, and logistics management software, the company is currently in need of a competent and experienced IT Manager who can plan, lead, and evaluate the development processes. An ideal candidate should have rich project management experience, solid technical background, and an innovative mind.

Job Duties:

1. Develop and implement long-term strategies for the company’s IT capacity and new service solutions.
2. Evaluate concurrent initiatives specific to infrastructure and software development; propose system upgrading for UniUni’s software applications and tools.
3. Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements to ensure the proper function of IT products.
4. Control, operate and lead program progress, escalations, and issue analysis; communicate and collaborate with other functional teams to implement changes of product, UI design, and user interaction design, resolve issues and improve user experience.
5. Responsible for user data collection, analysis and production of user data report to track accurate user preference and product sales data.
6. Confer with clients and end-users (warehouse and logistics) to identify business and technical requirements for our software solutions and propose new features to optimize the performance, efficiency, and availability of various IT services.
7. Research new technologies, trends, opportunities and how they might relate to improving our products and software.
8. Make detailed plans for development projects, manage product roadmaps and project budgets.
9. Oversee the processes of software planning, designing, development, testing, and deployment; monitor and analyze system usage and software performance.
10. Recruit, interview, hire and provide training for prospective IT-related staff members; keep track of team performance, mentor crew members and provide the necessary training.
11. Work with the senior management to make team-building plans and internal policies for the IT department.


1. At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
2. 3+ years of experience planning and overseeing software development projects.
3. Strong knowledge and skills of product development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
4. Proven leadership skills in managing an IT team.
5. Demonstrated ability to propose new features and bring innovation to our IT solutions.
6. Team player and proactively improve everything in sight.
