Maple supply chain management inc. invites candidates to apply for the full-time permanent position of Human resources Director. We have the good problem of growing rapidly, so are looking to hire a Human resources Director for our headquarter in Markham, ON.
The ideal candidate must have:
• At least 5 years of experience managing administrative department and overseeing all back-office operations including HR, office services and human resources planning with support from other senior managers.
• Post-secondary degree in business or science required.
• Deep knowledge of business administrative techniques such as Process improvement, Resource Planning, Performance Management
• Experience implementing administrative policies, procedures, and mandatory employee handbooks.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
The primary communication language on this position is English and Mandarin.
Duties on the job will include but not be limited to:
• Responsible for all office staff, including recruitment, training, and retention of workers.
• Overseeing short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Developing and implementing HR, operational and administrative procedures.
• Leading change management efforts related to process improvements
• Assessing organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy.
• Train, supervise and mentor new hires to ensure the team is fulfilling their responsibilities and effectively meeting their monthly and quarterly targets.
Maple supply chain management inc. is located at 235 Hood Road, Markham, Ontario L3R 4N3, Canada; this will be the work location of the Human resources Director.
The position is compensated at $76,440 per year, with minimum of 30 work hours per week.
