Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Location: Various locations: Vaughan, ON L4K 0H1Maple, ON and L6A 1S1
Salary: 18.00 hourly 40 hours per Week

Responsibilities
Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules
Supervision: 3-4 people
Credentials: Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate
