We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. He/She is responsible to report the duties to CEO and director and maintain control of diverse business operations. Hours of work: 30 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay, or 10 days paid vacation
Location of work: 108 - 2680 Shell Road, Richmond, BC V6X 4C9

Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, and establish financial and administrative controls to ensure their effective use.
Write and submit reports to the CEO and Directors in all matters of importance.
Select and delegate authority to middle managers and other executive staff and create a conducive working environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player but has the ability to work independently as well

Qualifications:
BSc/BA in Business Administration or higher education
Minimum experience: 2 years working experience in management field
