Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct the cook assistant
• Ensure the safe food handling in the restaurant
• Plan menus in relationship with the Restaurant Manager
• Decide the food partition according to the menu and guarantee the kitchen having all the provisions required
• Plan for the uncommon occasion course of action regarding menu and planning in an ideal way and timetable the aides as needs be;
• Going for orders from stroll in clients, extraordinarily for the requests via telephone and prompting clients on fixings and taste whenever required, exhort the clients forte food and redid food things;

• Recruit kitchen staff and right hand cook;
