Job Overview:
BioXtra Labs is looking for a Sales Supervisor with rich retail and operations experience to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily supervision and work arrangement of sales team
• Record, update and reconcile related financial information collection, such as payment and refund
• Familiar with merchandise, and recommend appropriate products to customers according to their needs and requirements
• Set up sales plan, lead the team to complete sales tasks

• Based on data and actual situation, plan and decide on merchandise to be sold
• Inspect and manage stock levels, and determine stock control
• Recruit, train and supervise new sales team members
• Prepare reports related to personnel, sales and suggestions regularly
• Solve and collect customers’ complaints and comments, to maintain customer relationship

Job Qualifications:
• Completion of college
• At least 2 years of work experience in retail sales with sales management skills is required
• Excellent English proficiency in business written and oral is required
• Can work effectively with cross-functional teams, working independently and taking ownership of sales task
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other colleagues
