1000211931 Ontario Inc. dba Dosa Eatery & Shake Therapy is looking for a full-time trained and experienced Chef to work at 589 Fairway Rd S, Kitchener, Ontario, N2C 1X4.
Chef will be responsible for:
Cook South Indian dishes from raw ingredients and materials.
Instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food,
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
Create new recipes
Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Prepare sambar, chutneys ( dips), sauces and batter on a daily basis from raw ingredients.
Responsible for making Batter- Overnight soaking of lentils and rice. Pulverize soaked items in stone grinders and ferment the batter 24 hours.
Responsible for making Dosa
Responsible for making Wada
Responsible for creating and making Fusion blends of pizza toppings and sauces made in-house by our chefs.
Responsible for Preparing Malai tikka/Tandoori chicken
Responsible for Preparing Lamb seekh kebab
