Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Read and interpret construction blueprints to understand the building design and framework requirements.
• Measure, cut, and install structural components to construct the building framework.
• Assemble and secure floor joists, subflooring, and other support structures to create stable and level floors.
• Build and erect walls by installing vertical studs, plates, headers, and incorporating openings for windows and doors.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure proper coordination and integration of various systems within the framework.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to the framework to accommodate changes, resolve issues, and ensure structural integrity.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the framework meets required specifications and maintains high-quality standards.
