JOB DUTIES AS A PLANT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:
• Overall Supervision of production process and production personnel.
• Ensure that the products are manufactured and ready to be shipped within the deadlines by maintaining the optimum work flow measures and minimizing loss and waste
• Keep a check on consistency in quality and quantity of food as per the prescribed formulas and recipes.
• Active involvement in equipment maintenance and repairs as per the manufacturer’s guidelines
• Strict Adherence to the company policies, food safety regulations compliance, workplace safety compliance and maintain high staff hygiene levels
• Training new production staff and continuous coaching
• Any other relevant task for smooth operations of the plant
