Description

Paradigm has opportunities for PMs to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.

What youll do:
- Deliver solution focused initiatives to help our customers achieve their business goals
- Lead project communications on issues, updates, solutions and implementations
- Manage project components consisting of scope, risk, change, budget, schedule and resources  

What we'd like:
- A minimum 5 years demonstrated experience with a significant IT component
- Experience leading project teams with budgets from $1M to $5M and up
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Industry experience obtained from Insurance, Crown Corporations, Public Sectors, Healthcare and Telecommunications
- Experience in COTS, Application Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Business Intelligence, Data Migration and Business Transformation Projects
- Delivery experience in Regina would be an asset
- PM certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum
