Peaceland Realty Group Inc. (o/a Royal LePage Peaceland Realty) is a leading residential and commercial real estate company focusing on transaction, investment sales, pre-construction, and property management. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the CEO, this role will lead the execution of marketing programs for new development projects, implement marketing strategies, and manage market research including research properties.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiate market research studies, collect and analyze project operational reports, provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate marketing strategy meetings, develop and implement strategies for marketing campaigns.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs for new development projects.
• Maintain/build great business relationships and ongoing contact with customers and investors.
• Responsible for establishing and management of company brands, oversee the creation of all associated collateral.
• Coordinate in the preparation of brochures, reports, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain content calendar for social media and email marketing channels.


QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 3 years of progressively increasing experience in an administrative role, preferably on a Marketing team, Executive Assistant, or Project Management.
• Excellent relationship, collaboration, and communication skills at all levels, with customers and investors
• 1-2 year of experience in project development
• 1-2 year of experience in property management or similar roles in real estate
• Prior experience with communications in capital markets
• Understanding of financial statements, leasing budget and other reporting
• High attention to detail with strong ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or related field


Nice to haves:
• Comfortable taking an active/leadership role on Webinars, Zoom calls
• Comfortable attending events such as tradeshows
• Willingness to travel and be away from home for short periods of time.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 32.5 hours per week

Salary: $38 per hour
