Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, per company contracts.
Wage rate: $20 per hour (40 hours per week)
Education: No Education Required
Experience: No Experience
Language: Basic Knowledge of English.
Job Duties:
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
• Load or unload building materials to be used in construction
• Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
• Tend equipment and machines used in construction
• Help craft workers with their duties
• Assist directing traffic on or near construction sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the morning or day or evening or on weekends, Overtime if required.
Other Information: Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada. Position is available and open to Aboriginal persons, youth, new immigrants and persons with disabilities.
Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
