Job Duties:
• Preparing customized rolls and bowls as per the menu order from customers.
• Marinate and cook protein items such as chicken tikka, beef keema, lamb kebabs, paneer tikka etc.
• Cook Indian style vegetarian delicacies and signatures sauces (curries)
• Ability to cook food items as per set recipes and techniques of Avani Indian Rolls & Bowls and keeping proper portion sizes.
• Maintain Cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas.
• Create and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and cooking items,
• Manage complete shift by own including running the store front and preparing menu food items.
• All other relevant tasks
