Salary: $17.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of commercial baking experience or completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or completion of a college or other program for bakers is required.
Job duties:
- Bake and prepare Neo G.F Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Special Occasion Cakes such Strawberry Short Cake with Vanila or Chocolate or Matcha Cream;
- Bake and prepare roll cake such as Strawberry Roll Cake and other Roll Cakes using local fruit in season;
- Bake and prepare choux such as Cookie Choux, and Matcha Cream Cookie Choux;
- Bake and prepare muffins such as Blackberry and Blueberry Muffin, and G.F Matcha Raspberry Muffin;
- Bake cookies such as Breakfast, Dark Chocolate, and Matcha White Chocolate;
- Bake mochi such as Matcha Azuki Mochi, and Black Sesame Mochi;
- Bake croissants such as Butter, Almond, and Cheddar Cheese;
- Prepare dough for cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders;
- Operate machinery;
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies;
- Bake mixed dough and batters;
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods;
- Draw up production schedules;
- Ensure products meet the quality standards of NEO COFFEE BAR.
