This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly growing company. We are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator who can serve as the bridge between all departments and staff to improve our overall office efficiency.

Job Duties:
1. Take responsibility for the general administrative operations that range from assisting the office policy designing and maintaining office supplies to overseeing daily procedures that ensure an organized work environment for all staff.
2. Examine the office workload and establish a detailed schedule for admin staff to accommodate objective priorities.
3. Supervise the daily office-related tasks and provide essential support to the staff members as well as preparing feedback reports to improve their performance.
4. Administer all administrative activities in the office to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining safety equipment, conducting safety drills, and addressing safety concerns to maintain a productive and professional workplace.
5. Keep track of the inventory supplies, prepare purchase orders for management approval, check delivery qualities, and file all payment invoices to ensure company resource is allocated effectively.
6. Lead the problem-solving process of challenges arising from administrative work and provide timely solutions to fix the issues and bring up the office efficiency.
7. Manage the internal communication channel by serving as a point of contact between staff members, departments, and management; post company-wide policy changes, relay messages, send requests, and handle other important information as necessary.
8. Take care of client complaints regarding our services by gathering relevant information, proposing reasonable resolutions to meet client satisfaction, and avoiding the issues from escalating into worse situations.
9. Take control of the office budget planning through coordination with all departments and form a final proposal with purchase requests and estimated expenses for the upper management to review.
10. Coordinate with each department when organizing company meetings, arranging travel itineraries, and setting up business negotiations with clients.

Qualifications:
1. A college diploma is required.
2. At least one year of experience working in an administration capacity is required.
3. Possess an extraordinary level of work ethic and self-initiative.
4. Capable of multitasking and managing project priorities.
5. Demonstrate good communication and coordination skills within the office.
6. Show sufficient problem-solving skills towards typical issues that occur in an office environment.
7. Exhibit good proficiency in common office-related computer software such as Microsoft Office suite.
