Job Duties:
1. Participate in the development of the company’s long-term strategic plans by advising the board on action plans to improve business growth and profitability.
2. Lead the internal meetings with middle managers to relay the board directives and discuss their roles and functions as well as expectations of their contribution.
3. Oversee the daily activities of all departments and ensure the operational details adhere to our company policies and industry regulations.
4. Take part in the creation and trial process of new product roll-outs and examine the market feedback to determine corresponding operational procedures.
5. Review previous business performance, develop sales forecasts based on projected sales results, and create a budget plan to ensure all efforts are aligned with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
6. Conduct work performance analysis for the managers, monitor sales metrics, and implement data-driven decisions to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.
7. Meet regularly with the managers to stay on top of the latest branch updates and listen to their constructive feedback to conform reports for the board to review.
8. Develop and maintain a smooth and effective channel of communication within the company for better efficiency within our internal business structure.
9. Take control of our products’s raw material procurement and establish stable partnerships with contracted vendors for better prices.
10. Keep track of human resource recruitment and provide necessary assistance to new managers regarding on-the-job orientation or follow-up management training.


Qualifications:
1. A college diploma in business, finance, marketing, economics, or related work experience in the same industry is required.
2. A minimum of three years of working experience in a middle management position is required.
3. Past experience in managing business directions or expansions is an asset.
4. Commitment to company values and business ethics.
5. Ability to prioritize work in an effective manner and meet the needs of stakeholders.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Experience with financial planning software is preferred.
8. Strong analytical skills with leadership presence.
