Café Landwer is looking for One (1) Kitchen Manager to perform the following duties:
• Responsible for managing daily kitchen and culinary plan execution with excellence
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and training of all culinary team
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $24.04 per hour ($50,000.00 per year); 40 hours per week
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Start date: immediately
• Benefits: Extended Health Benefits
Skills Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: no education requirement
• Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in commercial food preparation
