- Requirements:
•Completion of college
•At least 2 years of work experience in food and beverage service settings required
- General duties as:
•Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve beverages and desserts
•Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for tea store operations
•Prepare food order summaries, quality control reports, cost and wastage reports for the operations team
•Establish work schedules and procedures for retail operations
•Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
•Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
