We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and provide guidance to our marketing team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, developing marketing strategies, and driving the successful promotion of our residential projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our company’s goals and objectives.
Job Duties:
1.Oversee the overall planning of the short-term and long-term strategies for property promotion and brand development.
2.Lead the market research, product analysis, and researching and monitoring competitive products to understand local real estate trends, competition, and buyer demographics. Inform marketing strategies and pricing decisions accordingly.
3.Direct and monitor the designing and implementing of marketing campaigns for specific properties or residential communities, including reviewing advertising materials, virtual tours, and staging strategies to showcase properties effectively.
4.Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and online listings. Ensure that property listings are accurate and up-to-date.
5.Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different marketing channels based on performances and potential ROI.
6.Supervise marketing projects to ensure alignment with the company’s brand image and value, and ensure team efficiency and project quality.
7.Oversee the organization of public relations events and thematic activity planning, as well as integrating media resources.
8.Provide guidance and training programs for the marketing team to achieve better performance, and encourage employees by offering career development opportunities.
9.Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including real estate agents, brokers, local businesses and media partners, to expand the company’s network and referral sources.
Qualifications:
1.A college diploma in marketing, business administration, or public relations, or relevant working experience in the same field is required.
2.At least three years of experience working in a marketing role or similar capacity is required.
3.Past successful experience in leading marketing campaigns.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5.Display strong presentation skills and problem-solving skills.

7.Show exceptional leadership skills with staff.
