Job Duties
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Order ingredients, supplies and equipment as needed
- Supervise other staff and helpers in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment (kitchen and work area)
