Main Duties & Responsibilities as per lead statement of NOC 12011
Implement efficient working processes & coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: administering accounts payable & receivable; processing, verifying & recording financial documents and forms; administering payrolls; processing & collecting user fees & payments on overdue accounts.
Examine & verify accuracy of work & authorize routine payments, credits & other transactions.
Establish work schedule, procedures & coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Resolve work-related problems, prepare & submit progress & other reports.
Identify training needs & train workers in job duties & company policies.
Requisition supplies & materials.
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment & arrange for maintenance & repair work.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
EDUCATION: College Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting or a related Subject.
EXPERIENCE: 2 Years.
SALARY: $33.20/Hr for 37.5 Hours per week
