Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Foods Department;
• Determine type of food items to be offered for franchisee outlets;
• Implement operational procedures;
• Modify procedures according to local conditions;
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Resolve customer complaints;
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed;
• Monitor inventory and revenues;
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training;
• Monitor staff performance;
