Food Service Manager (NOC 60030)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Develop, coordinate, lead, manage, and assess day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Decide on the type of services to be provided and put in place operating processes.
• Review employee performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety laws.
• Inventory management and revenue tracking
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Respond to client concerns.
• Hiring, educating, and managing employees.
• Arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies through negotiation
Education and experience
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management would be an asset.
2-3 years of experience in the food service sector or related industry, including some supervisory experience is required.

Salary Range: 19.50 to 21.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week.
