1960554 Ontario Inc dba Mary Brown’s Famous Chicken and Taters located at 6039 Erin Mills Pkwy, Unit 8, Mississauga, ON, L5N 0G5 is looking for a Food Service Supervisor. The candidate should have either 3 months to 1 year of experience or certificate or diploma in relevant field. Pay per hour will be 17 to 19 depending upon skills. This is a permanent full time position with 32-44 hours per week. Some of the duties of the Food Service Supervisor are:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules;
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
• Address customer complaints or concerns;
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
• Ensure food service and quality control;
• Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage;
• Establish work schedules ;
