Job Duties:
• Greet Customers when they enter the store.
• Attend to the customers’ queries regarding the location of products and pricing.
• Implement methods of suggestive selling to increase the sales of the convenience store.
• Promptly and proactively informed about the promotions at the cash counter.
• Scan the items purchased, manually or using the scanner, and accept payment either by cash or electronic remittance.
• Verify the age of the customers before selling tobacco products.
• Calculate the total payments received at the end of the shift and leave a note for the replacement.
• Ensure that shelves at the store are stocked and stock the shelves when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness at the cash counter and keep the receipts organised.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in related services would be an asset. You are welcome to apply without any experience.
• Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, and working in a fast-paced environment.
