Job duties:
Prepare business related correspondence, staff reports, revenue statements, fill forms related to EI & WCB claims, answer to telephonic and electronic enquiries, schedule staff workers, process incoming and outgoing mail, send and receive business related messages and information. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Assist with administrative procedures for budget submissions and contracts administration and work schedule. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits. Maintain office files.
Job Skills:
Secondary School Diploma and English proficiency is must. Previous work experience as an Office Assistant is an asset.
Wage: $ 24.00 hourly and vacation pay.
