Job Description:
Our chain consists of 3 Bell mobility dealership locations in Victoria, Duncan, and Nanaimo. We require one Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join operations immediately. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate, assign and review the work of our employees.
• Examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate activities with other work units.
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit a daily progress report.
• Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies.
• Requisition supplies and materials.
• Handle customer calls for sales and services.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School completion is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions- 1
Wage - $26.25 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation Pay.

2. 110 - 3000 Drinkwater Rd, Duncan, British Columbia, V9L 6C6.
3. 50 - 3200 North Island Highway, Nanaimo, British Columbia, V9T 1W1.
