Job Duties:
Overall supervision of the Restaurant operations including the staff members
Oversee Maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas
Make bi-weekly work schedule for staff
Manage Inventory and order food materials, spices and other supplies
Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served.
Assist the owner in recruitment and training of new staff
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Report customer complaints or concerns, if any
Any other relevant tasks
