We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for examining financial data and trends to provide insights that help management make informed decisions. We welcome candidates who possess a keen analytical mindset, a solid understanding of financial modeling and forecasting, and a commitment to contributing to the strategic financial success of our company.

Job Duties: 
1.Collect and review financial data from various sources, including internal databases, financial statements, and market reports.
2.Develop and update financial models using MS Excel, Tableau, SQL, or other tools to analyze and visualize various scenarios. Identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions and strategies.
3.Contribute to the development and maintenance of operation budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic planning. Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and assumptions for financial projections. Conduct variance analysis to explain budget-to-actual differences and provide actionable recommendations.
4.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial viability of projects or initiatives.
5.Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of different economic conditions and business strategies on short-term and long-term cash flows. Monitor and manage working capital components, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to optimize cash conversion cycles to improve liquidity.
6.Regularly communicate with financial backers to provide updates on the progress of financing projects. Ensure that all required documentation and reporting are submitted in a timely manner.
7.Monitor compliance with covenants and conditions specified in financing agreements. Address any issues or concerns raised by financial backers and work towards resolution.
8.Develop customized tools or leverage existing software for portfolio management. Regularly analyze the composition and performance of the financial portfolio.
9.Evaluate the risk associated with different assets and recommend adjustments as needed. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the financial portfolio.
10.Regularly review and update risk assessments based on new information. Develop comprehensive risk reports that communicate key risk metrics and exposures. Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
11.Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in the business environment and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:
1.A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or other related major is required.
2.1 to 2 years of related work experience is required, experience as a financial analyst is preferred.
3.A CFA designation is an asset.
4.Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
5.Considerable work experience in a high-volume computerized financial accounting environment carrying out complex financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting functions.
6.Ability to work with a large amount of details without losing sight of the big picture.
7.Strong organization skills, thorough, and takes pride in quality.
8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
