Job duties and responsibilities not limited to:

1. Establishing Company Objectives and Policy Formulation: Take the lead in defining the objectives and goals for the hotel chain business. Formulate or endorse policies and programs that align with the company's strategic direction and vision.
2. Authorization and Organization of Major Departments: Oversee the establishment of key departments within the organization. This involves determining the structure and roles of these departments and appointing competent senior staff members to lead them effectively.
3. Resource Allocation and Financial Controls: Allocate material, human, and financial resources required to implement organizational policies and programs. Implement robust financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization. Additionally, participate in formulating and approving promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Oversee overall personnel planning to ensure adequate staffing levels and talent acquisition.
4. Selection of Middle Managers and Executive Staff: Take charge of selecting middle managers, directors, and other executive staff members. This involves identifying individuals who possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications to contribute to the organization's success.
5. Coordination of Regions, Divisions, or Departments: Facilitate coordination among various regions, divisions, or departments within the hotel chain business. Ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and synergy to maximize operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
6. Representation in Negotiations and Official Functions: Serve as the company's representative in official functions, negotiations, and other important engagements. Alternatively, delegate representatives who act on behalf of the company to effectively represent its interests and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Skill requirements for the position (including education and work experience):
1. A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting and other customer services
3. Specialization in a particular functional area or service is possible through specific university or college training in that area or through previous experience.
4. Demonstrated patience, tact and diplomacy while leading a diverse team of industry professionals.
5. Ability to multi-task, remain cool and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent, interpersonal and communication experience, verbal, written and administrative skills.
