Job Duties:
· Administrative liaison and coordination between warehouse and store personnel for smooth operations
· Keeping track of meat inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring freshness and quality of products.
· Supervise and train staff in preparing delivery packages as per customer orders.
· Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, negotiate prices as and when asked by the owner.
· Checking the quality of meat products, ensuring they meet health and safety standards, and complying with regulations. Monitoring storage conditions such as temperature and cleanliness.
· Ensure timely deliveries of purchase orders by retail customers, business establishments such as food stores, restaurants etc.
· Any other relevant tasks.
