Job Duties:
-Calculate quantity and variety of baked goods based on production schedule.
-Follow existing recipes and processes to make doughs and batters.
-Observe and adjust cooking controls while products are cooking.
-Utilize various kitchen tools, such as mixers, pans, rolling pins, ovens, cutters and handling machinery.
-Package and label products for sale.
-Responsible for ensuring the workstation is restocked and cleaned as needed.
-Follow all food handling protocols.
-Ensure every product meets the expectations of the customer and reflects well on the standards of the establishment.
-Keep records of the bakery inventory, production levels, and deliveries.
-Display and decorate the finished products to make them client-ready.
Requirements
-Completion of High School (Preferred).
-1-2+ years of experience working with dough and pastry-related products, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
-Flexible schedule, sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays.
-Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
-You have a passion for Pastry.
