Responsibilities
Tasks
•Diagnose, adjust, troubleshoot or repair cell phone and tablets hardware and software issues.
•Following inspection, disassemble and/or test phone to locate defective parts, using hand tools and machine equipment.
•Install, remove and replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, wires/cables, charging ports and other defective components/parts.
•Configure, update, reset or troubleshoot mobile phone software to fix issues such as a bug or glitch.
•Inspect and test proper operation after repair or troubleshooting of the phone.
•Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance.
•Communicate repair options and timelines effectively to customers and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
