Brass Decor Ltd operating as Home Essence located at 900 Maple Ave, Burlington L7S 2J8 is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor. The candidate should have either 3 months to 1 year of experience or certificate or diploma in relevant field. We are willing to train. Pay per hour will be in the range of $21 to 23.50 depending upon skills. This is a permanent full time position with 32-44 hours per week. Some of the duties of the Retail Store Supervisor are:
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
