GPM Food Inc. located at 155 Adams Blvd. Brantford, On N3S 7V8 has a need for 3 full- time grain millers.
Duties
Set-up milling machines before operation
Adjust mills before, during and after process
Operate grain milling equipment from grain receiving to production and packaging
Create grain quality reports and maintain production batch reports
Adjust moisture levels of grain and final product
Check products to ensure conformance to company standards and clear machine blockages as required
Monitor and control dry grist and finished product moisture
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience with grain milling equipment a must
Oral and written skills in the English language required
Education /Training
BRC or HACCP Food Safety certificate would a benefit
Forklift driving license would be a benefit
Grade 12
Wages and Benefits
$29 per hour
