Job Duties - Sales Team Supervisor (Insurance)
· To train and effectively communicate marketing initiatives and tactics to insurance sales team in closing sales deals.
· Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, the Co-operators, and other product partners.
· Working with senior management to develop and execute the insurance marketing plans and budgets which includes both digital and traditional channels of marketing.
· Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other insurance companies.
· Staying up to date with current industry trends and reporting on same to senior management for new opportunities and leads.
· Conduct advisor training and presentations
· Dealing with Client complaints and issues at individual and corporate level.
· Accompany CEO to trade shows and conferences and be able to represent the company to various stake holders.
· Liaise and negotiate with underwriters directly to get better product/service pricing to have a competitive edge.
· Any other relevant task.
